DELIVERY

Delivery is currently free within Ireland and mainland United Kingdom.  Delivery to other regions is based on location and weight and is calculated at checkout.  We use a reputable courier service for delivery so all items can be tracked but obviously during busy periods delivery times are out of our control.  

 

We produce in small batches and rarely have stock.  If your item is in stock it will be shipped within 5 days.   We will always confirm receipt of your order and will notify you when your order has been shipped and is out for delivery.  

 

For items not in stock or made to order, we will contact you with an estimated time to make your order. Most of our orders ship within a 2 week cycle, however, during busy periods,  this might take a bit longer and we will keep you informed of progress throughout.  

 

Generally, most items can be made and shipped from our workshop within a 3-4 week period.  Please contact us in advance in you would like to check availability and if your order is urgent then let us know and we're happy to oblige.
